We want you to love what you buy from us. If you are not completely satisfied, our refund policy gives you 60 days to request your money back. This policy applies to all products purchased directly from our website.

To be eligible for a refund, you must request the refund within 60 days of the delivery date. All products are eligible, including opened and used items. We do not require original packaging, but we ask that you return the product in reasonable condition. Products that have been deliberately damaged, misused, or altered are not eligible for refund.
Return or No Return
For most items, we will issue a refund without requiring you to return the product. This saves you time and shipping costs. For high value orders over a certain amount, we may ask you to return the item. We will provide a return shipping address and instructions. Return shipping costs are covered by us if the return is due to our error, such as a defective, damaged, or wrong item. For other returns, we may ask you to cover return shipping.
How to Request
To start a refund request, contact us through the Contact page. Please provide your order number and the reason for your request. If possible, include photos of any damage or defect. Our customer service team will review your request and respond within 24 business hours.
Processing Time
Once we approve your refund, we will process it within 5 to 10 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method you used at checkout. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider. Prepaid cards may take longer. If you have not seen the refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank first, then contact us.
No Fees
We do not charge restocking fees. You will receive the full amount you paid, including any taxes and duties we collected. Since we cover customs fees upfront, you do not need to worry about reclaiming duties.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer a partial refund. This could happen if you return a product that is more than half consumed, or if you request a refund after the 60 day window. Our team will explain the reason for any partial refund before processing it.
Denials
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent or abusive. For example, repeatedly returning most or all of your orders may result in denial of future refunds. We also may deny refunds for products that show clear signs of intentional damage.
