Shipping Policy

Free Worldwide Shipping
We offer free worldwide shipping on every order. No minimum purchase required. There are no hidden fees. What you see at checkout is what you pay. We also cover all customs duties and import taxes, so you will never be asked to pay extra when your package arrives.

Processing Time
Processing time for all orders is 1 to 3 business days. This means your order will leave our warehouse within 1 to 3 days after you receive your order confirmation email. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed after 2 PM Eastern Time will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Time
After your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 6 to 12 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier delays. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates because weather, postal delays, and customs inspections are outside our control. However, the vast majority of orders arrive within this timeframe. If your order has not arrived after 15 business days from the shipping date, please contact us through the Contact page.

Destinations and Carriers
We ship to almost every country in the world. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we will try to add it. We use a variety of reliable carriers including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and national postal services. The specific carrier depends on your location and the size of your package.

Tracking
Tracking information is provided via email as soon as your order ships. If you do not receive tracking within 4 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder before contacting us. Some carriers take up to 48 hours to update tracking status after the package is scanned.

Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to locate it. If it cannot be found, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund. Please notify us as soon as you suspect your package is lost. We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered but then stolen from your property. If tracking shows delivery confirmation, please check with neighbors and your local post office before contacting us. We will assist with filing claims, but we cannot issue refunds or replacements for delivery confirmed orders without a formal investigation from the carrier.

No Expedited Shipping
We do not offer expedited or express shipping at this time. Every order receives the same standard service. If you need a product urgently, please contact us before ordering to see if faster shipping can be arranged.

Refused Packages
If you refuse a package due to customs fees, please know that we already paid those fees on your behalf. Refused packages will be refunded minus the original shipping cost we incurred and any non refundable duties. To avoid this, please check with your local customs office if you are unsure about import restrictions for your country.
